Hello! Welcome to That Girl Scout Mom.
As a former Girl Scout, I was beyond excited to introduce my daughter to the awesome and exciting world of Girl Scouts. While my journey was short and sweet, my daughter is determined to see it all the way through.
My daughter started her journey in Girl Scouts towards the end of her final year of being a Junior, really only 2-3 meetings worth lol. However, she joined a troop just in time to participate in bridging. She is now in her second year as a Cadette, and it has been full of adventure, growth and a lot of learning opportunities. From visiting NASA in Houston, TX to bonding with her pals and roasting marshmallows at camp Bette Perot. Even staying up WAY too late at Mall Madness! My daughter and I have loved being part of this organization.
Hence the inspiration for this blog- " That Girl Scout Mom".
